Restorative Leadership Interview Questions:

Question 1: What helps you stay creatively courageous when the world feels threatened/like it’s on fire?

I have a STRONG sense of justice that runs deep in my identity, that with my children. I can't stop expressing thoughts if I tried!!

Question 2: Describe a time when your imagination helped you move from fear into action.

There are so many times that their was a choice between fear and moving into action. The truth is, for me, they are always paired. Fear drives my courage. I know both are ever present.

Question 3: What does growth and holding space look like for you after a loss or rupture?

It is slow, dark, painful and uncertain. It looks like silence and intentional isolation. Quiet, so I can reconnect with my inner voice. This is so hard to do, but I've become well practiced.

Question 4: How do you protect space for imagination in your team or community?

PLENTY of choice, space, personal timing, and input. Leading from all spaces, and the ability to decline when your energy and mind are not present in the solution.

Question 5: What rituals or practices help you (and/or your team/community) name what hurts while still holding on to what’s possible?

Conversation, my podcast, my writing, walking in poignant weather- to feel. Joyous movement, like Dance
